Partially. ThesisScan analyzes stylistic patterns, sentence structure, and argumentation depth — not just word matches. Heavily reworked text will score lower, which is appropriate: if you've genuinely transformed AI output into your own work, that counts as independent writing.
Your file is stored on our server in Germany and is automatically deleted after the analysis, at the latest after 24 hours. For the AI analysis, we send the text of your paper to a specialised AI service provider in the USA. It is contractually prohibited from using this data for training. No account needed.
